@mushrooms That’s not entirely accurate is it ? Shane posted the original request on 1 March and then posted a follow up on 1 May. The item was offered on his original thread on 4 June which is one month later. Given that it’s a fairly rare item, that’s not an unusually long time so I think Shane had first dibs on it which is clearly what the seller though as he stated that he thought he was replying to the thread creator.
Maybe this thread should be locked now as the buyer and seller have been united and the transaction has presumably been completed.
