Great stuff; it looks a very clean example. I'm coming around to the idea that I should return my wheels to their original alloy; I found a local place that does it for £40 per wheel (plus VAT, of course)...
wow fantastic...ive noticed a lot of these cars have had their badges removed..why would the owner do that or do they get stolen...can i get replacements?
I have just de-badges "waspy" (just the Daihatsu front and rear, not the "Copen") It gives it a cleaner look and the badges are massive for the size of the car so make it look a bit weird in my opinion. Took about 5 minutes with a hair dryer and some dental floss to remove the badges then some WD 40 to remove the remainder of the glue.
When I changed my front grill, it was really obvious that my front badge wasn't central so I removed the Daihatsu badges and left the Copen at the back - I actually have an extra Copen badge between my Seats inside too I think it looks a lot better without the front badge and it keeps people guessing what car it is. As you drive on motorways you see people overtake and then slow down while their passengers try to spot a badge
