Quick look at the photos suggests one under inflated tyre and looks like all the rubber seals could do with an application of silicon spray ;)

Ahh thank you ! I shall take a look at the silicon, and yes one tyre had been under inflated simple pump up to fix
The black friday sale did not apply, as it already has 26% off and black friday sale doesn't add another discount if its already on sale unfortunately but thank you so much for the link, it is still the cheapest one I have seen!

Thank you very much! I've ordered those too! and the mechanics know the importance of a super clean of the oil feed pipe to the turbo if we can't source a new one! Thank you so much for the link, I am now just waiting for everything to arrive! The website says 24 hour dispatch and then 24 hour delivery however a lot of reviews state they are longer than this, so fingers crossed for the end of this week!

    Hi Emma,
I hope I could help you so that you can drive again soon. But remember, you must change the oil every 3000 miles. I also always change the oil filter 2.23 euros (Jakoparts Herth & Buss J1316008). Better one looks also between times after the oil level and water. I always take 5 W40. 2 Liters with flter.Ich wish you good luck and do not annoy you. Sooner or later, something can go wrong.

    Kai;)

I was also thinking Emma's car only did around 700 miles since 2012, and spent long periods in a house garage without use. So I think the garage should do an engine flush before they put new oil in it.
It could have a lot of sludge from old oil and this may have blocked the oil feed pipe to the turbo on the way home. Without an engine flush it could block again and destroy the new turbo which would be disastrous!!

    Hi father of Emma..hehe;)

Yes normal you must change the oel every 3000 miles or ones a year.
I bought my car from a santander auktion 3500 Euros 2 years ago. Stands 6 years in a garage. Loader dead, flat 12 years old tires and fixed brakes.. 42000km. but only dust no rust.

I need so 5 oel changes for 1500 km to get it clean. And drove a long distances 1000km highway..
I would clean up everything spark plugs new and first slow riding. After this 500 km
Oil changes. And do not play directly Max Vanstappen .. and always slowly warm up and wait moment for turn off.

so it is..good luck..fine car but it must move and check often..

I now drive it daily, tuned with HKS and d sport nearly 100 HP. 11 Liters/100Km. Fine car..every morning there is a smile on my face and its sing the turbo song..:D

    Kai:)

Hi Welz, thank you for all the help, advice and links :)

So, it only takes two litres per oil change? If so that is good as a five litre bottle will do two changes and have some spare for top ups.

    Hi Emma´s father,:)

i don´t like the hard way...

its possible to an older engine with over 20000 km stressing the valves, most of the seals.

Change the loader and check everything is tight. Run it for 300 or 500 Miles change the oil. Like had changing a head gasket.

    search for like this one..

Total 5W-40 Quartz 9000 Energy 5 Liter Motoröl Motorenöl

I need normal ca 1,8 Liters for change and must get him 0,25 Liters every 1000 Km.Think between 1,8 and 2,3 litre, because my car is tuned..so oel change for me is very cheap.I do it by my self.

If you will do it per yourself.I can help you..i need max 15 minutes.

    :D

    Kai

    greets to emma:blush::blush:

I agree with welz, you have to change the oil very frequently now to get rid of any sludge that has built up.
Only use fully synthetic 5W40 or 0W40, you can get it here:

    Total QUARTZ 9000 ENERGY 5W-40 - Engine oil - Oils at 123engineoil.co.uk

Copen is a car that needs spot on maintenance, otherwise you will have lots of problems.
Watch out for rust and frequently service it (oil, oil filter, brake flud, spark plugs, air filter etc.)
