Service and User Manuals Now Available

Hmm, I THINK i have posted a couple of posts already but i still cant seem to access the manuals - did i post too long ago do you think? I service my wifes copen myself so access to this would be useful!

Copen Manual

Hi - I have downloaded the manual, but can't open any of the files. I have tried on two different machines at home and the computer at work and can't open any of the files. Does anyone know what may be preventing this? Many thanks in advance

 

Hi, no. It's the service manuals. Have Adobe on all systems, so no idea why I am unable to open them. Many thanks for your response.

Difficulty Downloading The 1298cc Service Manual

Hi Copenworld,

I've been trying for a while to download the 1298cc Service Manual by clicking on the picture in the Directory section as you suggest, but have failed miserably every time.

When I click on the picture another tab opens showing the blue progress bar and the Kb/Mb 'counter' but after a few seconds the progress bar stops and the counter stops at a random Kb figure (different figure every time I try). I've tried on 2 different computers and the result is the same.

Any ideas?

I am glad it isn't just me having problems. I can download and save, it just won't let me open any of the files. Would be great if someone could advise on this.

 

Downloading 1298cc Service Manual

Hi,

I think I've solved it - I opened up Copenworld in Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and clicked the 1298cc Service Manual picture. Within a minute the whole manual downloaded and after that I saved it onto my laptop. I don't why it happens like this (not a computer geek) but thought I'd give it a go.

Have a look at my recent thread "Engine Oil Change Interval - 1.3 Copen" in "Problems, Tips & Fixes". Does the 1298cc manual you downloaded state the same about engine oil change intervals?

Hi Bill, I downloaded the other manual and can't see any reference to the frequency of the oil change. Only had a quick look though. Will enjoy reading the manual, I expect lots will go straight over my head
