Sorry, no that is not the MAP/Boost sensor, that is the boost control valve, the Map sensor is located just above that on the left of the inlet...
WD40 isn't really a lubricant, it's a water disbursement product, hence the WD. You need something more like the spray oil used on motorcycle...
