Hey guys, a month ago I serviced my Copen and the guy added a bit of rubber near the latches in order for the roof to be firm and not make sounds when driving like before.

Problem is, sometimes the car doesn't register that the roof is closed and the red light stays on, therefore I can't even close the windows! (roof closes normally, I hear the beep just fine)

The issue is certainly related to the latch and I was wondering if there is a sensor on the latch and where exactly it is situated. A picture would be even better if you could provide one.

    Thank you in advance!

Yes there is a sensor located in the latch area top of windscreen. Try removing this bit of rubber and adjusting the latch to close tighter, it may be that the sensor can no longer see the latch as it is too far away?
