more amateur hour questions. radios are either single or double din correct? so this... http://www.roadradio.com/Pioneer/MVH-X360BT would fit into the copen's radio space correct? thanks in advance!
Hi dsb, You shouldn't have any trouble fitting that unit in, try this link; https://www.copenworld.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=45 It may be useful, the thread includes a video by 'number6' of how to change the radio... May be worth checking the depth of the unit you're looking at against the unit currently fitted, as there's not much room in there and some sit a little proud of the facia.
There are two videos! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snJgUXsFKV8 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIbzFUzwjpM The radio in my Copen is a single din. The Copen can take a max of a double DIN. If you don't have a rounded edge tool, wrap your tool in masking tape (ohhh, matron!). Any radio with a removable face place will stick out. This is by design. Don't use too much force, or you might break the trim clips - it is better to take an hour to do a 15 minute job, using a softly softly approach
