    Hi Haris,
my advise is that you need a lot of money and a very good mechanic but if you had all that go for it:cool:

1.You can swap a/t to m/t but you need to find a used m/t because it can holds much HP than a/t and more cheap at service(The a/t of copen have limits)
2.Racing parts: a.HKS Actuator Series Sport Turbine Kit - DX27 Daihatsu Copen L880K

b.HKS Oil Cooler Kit - R Type Daihatsu Copen L880K
    Description
The HKS Oil Cooler Kit - R Type Daihatsu Copen L880K is specifically designed for the vehicle by HKS. Extreme increases in oil temperature can break down the oil and decreases its ability to lubricate, cool and clean the engine and can cause damage as a result. HKS Oil Cooler Kits are designed with advanced cooling technology which enables stable oil temperatures to extract the maximum from your engine.
With the use of a new core, both cooling and pressure drop prevention are balanced at a high level. Some vehicle applications contain air guides which maximizes air flow through the cooler core during vehicle operation, even in drifting applications where the car may not be traveling in the direction it is pointing.
HKS Cooler kit are available with R Type kits being a filter relocation type and S Type being a sandwich type which is held in place by the oil filter. This listing is for the R Type.
c.HKS Racing Suction Reloaded Intake System Daihatsu Copen L880K

At one time you could order a complete upgraded race spec engine. Seems you can only buy the kits now.

Is anyone on the DX-27/30 turbo upgrades?

Just wondering if anyone is on the HKS turbo upgrades? Besides the kit, anything else to strengthen to take on the additional power?

I am a Copen owner in Singapore and am looking at a little upgrade to my Copen. From what I gather, in this part of the world, the best place to source for performance parts would be Japan direct, or even on Amazon if the exchange rate is favourable.

From experience, you will be paying a premium if you buy parts from Singapore though the labour would be cheaper to install. E.g. the HKS DX-30 upgrade is much, MUCH cheaper on 2 Japanese websites than it is to buy from the distributor in Singapore. So nowadays with Chrome's google translate, it would be easier to buy from the website, ship it over and get it installed by your favorite mechanic.

For Indonesia, it should be the same; the workshop which you are familiar with should be able to do the upgrades and install and it would be much cheaper to get the parts from Japan or online.
