    Hi Maaysuyker, Welcome to Copenworld.
    Have both stopped working?
    1. Check fuse hasn't blown.
    2. Check for water in the boot under the tool kit.

I'll look into the fuses for you.
If you press the boot opening button. Do the windows work after?

Check this thread for a photo of the main fuse box in the cockpit.

    https://www.copenworld.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=356&highlight=fuse

Located on the driver side near where your right knee would be.
Look in your owners hand book to see the fuse layout (Section 13-12).
You need to check the 30A fuse labeled P/W position 6 (top right large square fuse).

Also check the 7.5A fuse at position 16 labeled Turn/Back.

Was there any water in the boot?

    windows still don't move

    Hi Adam
Your advise has been great so far but still no luck
There is no sign of any water in the boot
windows don't operate after pushing the release button on the boot
I have checked both fuses using a multi meter all good
I pulled the centre console out to allow access to the switches where I multied the power supply but no power to be found:think:
What about the fuses under the bonnet?

    Hmmmm........okay?
In the directory section at the top of the forum, you can download the service manuals for the Copen including the wiring diagram. I'm having a look to see if any other fuses are involved.
Do you have a fancy car alarm that can also close the windows?
When was the car battery last replaced?

Check fuse number 1 in the cockpit main fuse box. It's the other large square 30A fuse.
Does the roof go up & down still?

I had this same problem - but i disconnected the battery, and when i reconnected, everything went back to normal, like rebooting it. It used to happen every now and then -but when i replaced the battery, it hasnt happened since.

The battery is maybe two years old and the green indicator light seems to be on indicating that it should be ok?
Perhaps I could put a jumper battery and test?

form what ive experienced, 2 years isnt that long, but im assuming your in the UK, and the much colder weather you have puts more strain on the battery,
Ive changed the battery 4 times in 10 years, since new. so thats just over 2 years.
