Well, today's the day for Buzz. This year's MOT test :-((

We had a careful drive down to the local MOT test garage, made sure that the seat belts were taken out of the stupid plastic 'guides' and left him there to do his thing and impress the mechanics :p

No phone call so far at 1-35.

    Is no news good news?

    PhillandLin and (nervous) Buzz :(

Good morning to you Copen fans. Hope all is good with you all?

Hooray :D I'm glad to report that Buzz passed his MOT test with flying colours, not even an advisory. He also gained a new admirer in the form of the garage owner's wife who immediately fell in love with him, and wanted to buy him from me

Not surprising really, as with all Copens, they are the most handsome cars on the planet :)

Buzz is having a change of identity next week  so I'll update you when the transformation is complete!

    Cheers!

    PhillandLin and Buzz.

    Thanks for the reply DSB.

'Pitted' brake discs were an advisory on Buzz's last MOT, so I upgraded them to EBC discs and Green Stuff pads. Been really happy with them, well recommended :)

    Cheers!

    PhillandLin and Buzz.

Hi Trustafox. Hope all is good with you?

To be honest, when the pads were new and Buzz had silver alloys, the dust was a real pain and had to be cleaned off every time that I took him for a blast.

Now, he's done about 500 miles on the pads and has black alloys, so its nowhere near as noticeable :) There's always method in my madness!

I must say though, the braking performance of the EBC discs and Greenstuff pads combination is bloody good, very impressed!

    Cheers!

    PhillandLin and Buzz.
