Hi all, my girlfriend has had her .6 copen for about a month now and it's absolutely in love. However, much to my surprise, she wants more exhaust noise.

To my limited understanding, aftermarket stainless exhausts are very hard to come by. So what's the best option? Budget is a priority, and performance gain is of no interest, just noise. a custom system is likely out of the question due to cost, but would something like a simple muffler delete work?

The airbox has already been tampered with and there was a slight sound improvement, but nothing major. Any other clever ways of making the car more exciting are of course more than welcome

    Thanks!

Just get the back box replaced with something smaller with a through pipe. I did that, although I wanted enlarged tips as well, so the shop made up a whole new rear section. I have to say I do still want a bit more noise, so I may end up getting the front section replaced soon, but I also didn't go for the smallest back box, which would have been louder.
