Hopefully a simple question but should there be a lights left on buzzer when you turn off the ignition or open the door with the engine off and lights on?

I feel like there was on mine but it no longer works (as proven by a flat battery recently due to lights left on!). But maybe I'm misremembering!

There’s a buzzer for the headlights, but unfortunately, there isn’t one for the interior light.

Ah my headlight buzzer must have stopped working then! Anyone else seen this/have any ideas for what might cause it to stop working?

Related question - does the interior light come on only when you open the door or does it have a courtesy 'mode' and come on when you turn off the ignition/remove the key as I've seen in some cars? Wondering if that has also failed and it's no longer picking up the key being removed.

I was just looking at the warning buzzer wiring diagram. It shows that its power supply is protected by a 7.5A fuse labeled “FA Turn / Back.”

You can download the service manual from this link:
    Service Manuals - 659cc model

The schematic can be found in the 9899 folder, which contains several PDF files. The warning buzzer wiring diagram is located in the file named ED, under section D-93.
