Hi Rosie is due an oil filter change, and I think her current one is a large filter. Anybody got tips, advice, links to youtube that will be of any use to me about removing it. I have a small one to replace it with.
    Thanks
    Liz

If it won't fit through the wee little hole in the engine bay, you'll have to go in from the front bumper to get it out.

You can get the filter removal tool yourself from a motorbike shop at a fraction of the cost compared with Daihatsu / Toyota. There's nothing special about the tool, motorbikes use them all the time.

Our copen has been given an oversized oil filter too, so it's a front bumper job I guess.
But how do you get at it through the front bumper?
Have you got to remove the bumper? if so how?
Quite comfortable with most jobs around a car but guidance always makes it easier. :)
