A bit early I know! But I've spent the day at the Abridge Motorfest in Essex. I was convinced by a couple of MG owners to bring the Copen along and I thought that I'd feel a little bit of a fraud in amongst classics. But there was a great variety from Pilots, Zodiacs and Panthers to modern Mustangs and even a smart car. Lots of craft stalls, brick a brack and antiques, food stalls and even a bar. I had a few people asking about the copen and considering it's not the most immaculate specimen, more than I expected looking around it. I shall definitely be going to next years show. If anyone would be interested in coming along to show their Copen too, I don't mind organising a club pitch nearer the time next year. This year was £3 to show and was a really good day. And yes that was a Vauxhall Nova parked next me! Sarah
If a Vauxhall Nova is there i'm sure I could roll my 3 wheeler car flinstone style and get better attention hahaha. This is sounding good to me. By then (as long as I dont change anything else) will have a complete car so will see me there.
