This looks pretty easy and great results. I can see 'cover buttons' on ebay in aluminium or brass for £2-3 for 50, hard parts looks to be punching the holes centrally, then a bit of work polishing them up and a little double-sided tape, bling bling!

    Daiso's walnut button, 22 mm
It processes this and installs it on the hazard switch, air conditioner switch, open indicator.

    I used a 16 mm punch.
It is difficult to drill in the center.

Easy to install, I do not need a double-sided tape, but it seems okay.

The whole is like this (^ ^)

They also use a 15mm button with a magnet inside to cover the keyholes in the door handles.

12mm buttons to cover the middle of the air vents (the outside is made from a 65mm tea strainer with the mesh cut out)

I really like these @Vin Petrol. I saw the post on facebook and thought was a great idea. Fantastic new use of a tea strainer! Thanks for the ideas - simple, achievable and effective.
