I think the interior trim could be improved especially arround the centre console. Has anyone upgaded the interior? Does anyone have any suggestions for improvement.?

Hi Dnichol :) I have done a few interior changes. I have installed a HUD unit, Car mats with Copen written on them, New momo gear knob from amazon, Pop up DVD/CD player, just a couple of ideas i guess! ive seen a few videos on youtube from japan and they have installed gauges in the air vents and other things as well. Check out the Rakuten market also they have quite a lot of interesting things for interior changes

Have a look in the Mods section of the forum for ideas.

Chrome design in Germany have lots of bits, ebay sell a lot of leather gaiters to smarten up your interior, then there are mats, door sills, chrome pedals, wind deflectors, the list goes on and on! I dread to think how much I have spent :-((

This is a good link for ideas to get you started.

I love hydrographics, but IMHO they are not suited for interiors, they scratch too easily. I wouldn't recommend them on 'high wear" zones...... door handles, center console arm rest, etc.

You can get a lot more durability by clear sealing them, but still. Look at the door handles of any car (exterior) diamond rings, bracelets, etc kill them. If you do clear seal them then you get the problem with yellowing over time.

    Cheers

Yeah I think that first pic is just confused. Woodgrain and then the MOMO sports steering wheel. NO accounting for taste, but that just looks off! Go sport or go classic. Can't really combine them well IMHO.
