Hi im a newby I’m in Leicestershire and am a retired plant fitter so as you can imagine bored so a very good friend of mine asked if I wanted to revamp her Copen she brought it up to to me and the little beauty is in my garage drying out it’s very rusted smelling anyway I am now lookin for a hydraulic unit for the roof can anyone tell me where I can get one please
Wow, once I got through the lack of punctuation (and the fact that it’s posted in the wrong section), have you tried eBay ?
Perhaps I could have been slightly more helpful. There are several components to the roof mechanism including interlock switches, ECUs, and the motor and hydraulic pump. If you search this forum, or google, there’s a guide on how to use the OBD port to confirm that the pump is where the problem is likely to be.
2 questions then. 1. How many of the Copens in the UK are automatic? 2. Anyone know how many Copens there are in Cyprus (I know of 3)?
