Got new rims for my blue Copen!

    These are the Platin P61 rims with a bit of red lining. Could have taken better pics, but the weather is pretty dark outside...

    Hi. What size are your new rims please? It's difficult getting 165/50/15 tyres in the UK for standard wheels so I might change to a different rim size in the future. Cheers. Bruce.

    Nice, same colour body as mine too. Bet yours is a bit dryer today with all the snow we have had.

    I run Vredestein Sportrac 5's 175/50x15 on the standard wheels with 36.5 PSI all round. Load rating is higher than stock but I've not had any issues in 20k miles. They bulge a bit and initial turn-in is less crisp but ride, grip and balance is better; you can Scandanavian Flick on a (quiet) cold,wet roundabout at 40 mph and it's totally predictable. No advisories in MOT. Insurer doesn't care.
