The local motor factors got back to me with a quote of around £43 for a pair of plates with postage. Seems expensive compared with as little as £12 with freepost on Ebay for a pair of standard plates! The Ebay seller in Char2802's post no longer sells on Ebay but his website is Number Plate Build The Copen plate is not shown in the 'specials' so I've emailed him to ask if he does them and what the cost would be.
