I'd say it is. Its not leather. I think its the same stuff the rear of the seats are made of. What you thinking of? I was thinking about the cards recently and could I, should I make an alterations. You tube video for the future?
I don't know if I'll make a video out of it - might just give it to "the guy" to sort out. At the very least, they need a good cleaning and some colour touchups
