Has anyone one got one in the UK?
    Should I buy one?

Nevermind, I've been advised this ecu will not work on a UK car. :(

Sorry to revive this thread. Is there ANY ECU re-mappers in the UK who can do the 1.3 Copen? I've had a flick through here and through Google. It seems only the continent does such a thing that is not compatible with UK spec.

    Regards,

    Q.

    Hi Quartz,

where did you get the information from that the 1.3l UK Copen is not the same spec as the continental Europe 1.3l Copen?
To be true, that really would surprise me.

But anyway you are right, I also only know of ECU re-mappers for the 660cc turbo.

Got a email from these guys: http://www.sedox-performance.co.uk/

They claim that they may be able to do something when they know what type and model of ECU is fitted. Going to pop along next week and see if it produces long faces :)

Please let us know what your findings are. I'd be incredibly interested if I could find somewhere that could to a remap.

I still not had this re-map done yet. Going to go for a CAT back exhaust first, sort the induction then look at the remap. Even if I just got 5 bhp it can make a difference in such a little car, even if you don't notice it.

I'll post back here in a month or two once work settles and I find the time to book.

Meanwhile if any of you are still interested in modifying there are plenty of other minor performance enhancements in the modifications section. Personally I'd try the induction first :)

    Laters.

Oh, try this for a laugh... I found it reasonably accurate :)
