Hi, Anyone know which workshop to send to that could replace windscreen, bonnet, front or rear lighting casing and retractable top. Just thinking where can we send our Copen to in case of accident or damage.

    Hi there!

I'm not sure if there are any copen specialist in Singapore. I send mine to Garage R. However, the parts we probably have to get online. Are you already on the Club Copen Singapore facebook group. Maybe some of the veteran drivers can give you a better answer.

thanks for reply. I did most of my mod in fong kim, they seam quite pro. no I don't heard there any copen specialist here, just trying my luck. I realize most parts need import if damaged and that can be very ex and long wait.

just wondering where to send if accident. mine under NTUC so recommended is MOVA but they dun seam able to handle Copen or any turbo cars...

one experience is my BOV damage and send to MOVA, they computer diagnose that I need replace whole of auto transmission system due to loss of power... I continued to drive for a weeks without BOV release (careful not to high boost) and went fong kim to replace a new HKS BOV that solved the problem...

You may want to check the ignition coils. Sudden loss of power is usually a result of that. You can try the following workshops:
    https://www.facebook.com/skmauto
    https://www.facebook.com/PPPTautomotive/
    https://www.facebook.com/GarageR

These are some of the workshops that some of the drivers have gone to to get this sorted out.

Do send me a PM if you need more details.

    Cheers!

    Hey there.

This is the intercooler piping / intake pipe. The stock one is made of resin and is prone to tear because of wear. Most of us who faced problems with this part usually changed to an aluminium / stainless steel version. You can custom it at most exhaust shops. I know of some who go to the following shops:

    http://www.fongkim.com.sg/home/
    https://www.facebook.com/Man-Exhaust-Works-240603882760590/

Personally I got the HKS version from Garage R.

If you want to replace it with a similar one instead of a metal one, you can try buyee.jp but that depends on availability of the parts for sale.

    Hope this helps.
