Hey marinos, I have a Daihatsu Sirion with the same 1.3 k3ve engine and am looking at performance modifications. Can you explain the parallel ecu program? Is it an ECU that runs parallel with the stock ECU or is it a way to flash tune the read only ecu on the k3s? Also, so you know for future reference, I think you can only change the exhaust camshaft while keeping the vvti in the stock ECU, otherwise you have to have an aftermarket ECU to run the vvti set up or skip the vvti altogether. Or so I've heard.
Hello, i am looking for installing a piggyback ECU, could you tell us what make and type you have. Do you have schematics for electrical connection and possibly some advise about settings, troubles that you faced in the adjustment of this ECU?
