Hi, all. Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this I'm not familiar with the forums.

Since buying my copen I have had issues with the boot/roof. When I open the boot I always have to pull back the latches on either side in order for the roof to work again - this has always worked.
However I did this yesterday and now the boot has jammed shut, can't open it with the key only the manual pull release, the roof won't go down and the car is beeping everytime I drive to say the roof is open.
I have opened the boot manually and relased the blue clips, but this has done nothing - I'm not sure which way is the right way up for them but I twisted them once then put them back to their original position.

Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Just wanted to add, the boot won't open the correct way it's the roof side that opens which allows me to go to the blue clips.
There is also no issue with the clips at the front of the car or the luggage cover in the boot.
