Its the Daihatsu bumber kit, two front, two side and two rear parts.
All unused but scratched and wrong colour.
Now in the correct colour and just putting the clear coat on.

    Struggling with the instructions...

Going by the photos - A, B & C are templates. I'd photocopy them (making sure they stay to scale!) and then cut them out. You fit them to the bodywork, in this case your existing bumpers in order to mark the attachment points.

If you scan the instructions and upload them, I'm sure others could offer advice.

Let us know which parts you need help with.

Thanks I got that far but its not clear were to place the templates (datum edges) so I thought to try for an English copy.
I am in no way defeated, was just looking for an easy option.

Just a thought - on my android phone is a free app called GOOGLE TRANSLATE. You select the language to translate from and then it uses the phone's camera to scan the lines of text and translates them into English or whichever chosen language. It's a little tedious but I can confirm that it works and reads Japanese text.

Cant help with the translation, but dont forget the before and after photos
