Although it doesn't have any Kei Cars, the 'National Bubble and Microcar Museum' at Langrick near Boston, Lincs has an excellent collection (3 or 4 wheeled cars of less than 700cc). There is also an on-site cafe to quench the thirst. The museum isn't open every day so you should check on-line or by phone before you leave the house.
