Hi Guys Just got this 2nd gen manual COPEN ROBE in March Hoping to do some tasty mods and run it daily Already got some genuine TE37s in 14s waiting to be fitted Its a very rare manual car as i only know of 2 others in Sri Lanka which is manual all the others are automatics Also someone in Japan has fitted it with tasty D Sport sports suspension Also did a run with a few like minded individuals
Since we have curfew thanks to COVID 19 I thought I would tackle re routing the factory blow off so that its louder A days job definitely worth the time and noticeable difference in time taken to boost up https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10219689260196800
It's nice to know that the world over we are all united against the covid and in our need to get out in our cars, but unfortunately I'm not seeing any of your pictures or the video.
It's a great looking car Tony, very 2020, but I think the 1st 2002-13 Copen has a timeless beauty & people are usually surprised when I tell them it's a 2003 car. I don't think the Robe has that, in the future I think our 1st Gen will be more collectable. Looking at prices here, good Copens are actually up a bit since I bought my baby.

Here in Australia, no automatic Copens were sold, it was a "Japan-only"model. Putting an auto into a Copen would just ruin the fun, so nice work! I have just posted a thread in the "Modifications" Forum on changing the blow-off return to turbo into venting to the atmosphere. Please have a look. Changing the blow-off valve to vent to atmosphere gives a WRX-beating turbo "whoosh!" every time you back off the throttle. But it won't make it any faster, just cooler! I've been able to make much more noise ,even using a straight-through 2" exhaust, with a 30cm length of 2.5" pipe, located under the gearshift. Anyway, just have a look at my post.

Beautiful car Friend, what is the exit diameter of the tips you used? Inlet is 2inch aye? Did it change the sounds of the car?
